Three ways to show the lesson
- ✦A moral dilemma: the character must choose between two paths, and the viewer silently chooses too. That's what keeps them watching.
- ✦Delayed consequence: the effect of a good or bad act comes back at the end.
- ✦Flipped expectation: the person everyone underestimated turns out to be right.
Give the character a flaw
A perfectly good character is dull. A greedy shopkeeper, a child who lies, a proud rich man: the story is in how they change.
The change should happen in one concrete moment, not in a speech.
Hooks that make people think
Question hooks bring the most comments on moral stories, because viewers want to answer.

- ✦'Gaon ke sabse imaandaar aadmi ne ek din chori ki.'

The lesson is never said out loud, yet it's clear. The hook's question invites an answer in the comments.

Common mistakes
- ✕Explaining the moral in a long closing sentence.
- ✕A character who does the right thing with no struggle. Without a dilemma there's no story.
- ✕Too many characters. Two or three are plenty in 40 seconds.
- ✕The same 'good things happen to good people' ending every time. Vary the outcome.
