Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

• Open Script AI → Profile → Delete account, and confirm.
• Your account, scripts, checks, uploads and settings are deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@scriptaiapp.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We complete requests within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Account details (email, preferences), scripts, AI results, Short Check reports and measurements.
• Uploaded videos and images (these are also deleted automatically within 7 days of upload).
• Push notification tokens.

What we keep

• Purchase records required by law and by Google Play or the App Store, kept by those stores.
• Nothing on YouTube is changed or deleted by deleting your account here.
