Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated October 7, 2026. Script AI is published and operated by AxionX Digital. This policy explains how to cancel a Script AI subscription and how refunds work.

What we sell

Script AI sells digital subscriptions only. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

• Weekly pass: ₹59 / 7 days
• Creator: ₹199 / month
• Pro: ₹399 / month

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

Purchases in the Android app (Google Play)

• Android app purchases are billed by Google Play.
• You can cancel anytime from Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy. You can request a refund through Google Play, or by emailing support@scriptaiapp.com within 48 hours of purchase.

Purchases on the website (Razorpay)

• You can cancel anytime in your account settings.
• To request a refund, email support@scriptaiapp.com. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
