Privacy policy

Draft, last updated September 11, 2026. Script AI is operated by AxionX Digital. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how you can delete it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and your language and script preferences.
• Content you create: ideas, scripts, and the AI results generated for you.
• Videos and images you upload for checks, and measurements derived from them (duration, loudness, word timings, a small image fingerprint of the first frame).
• Purchases: your plan and its status, from Google Play or the App Store via RevenueCat. We never see your card or UPI details.
• Diagnostics: crash reports (Sentry) and product analytics (PostHog), without selling or sharing them for advertising.
• Ads: if you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the ad provider (Google AdMob) processes data as described in its own policy.

How we use it

• To generate hooks, scripts, reviews and checks you ask for.
• Your text is sent to our AI providers (Anthropic) and uploaded audio to our speech recognition provider (Sarvam AI) only to produce your results.
• To enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
• We do not train AI models on your content, and our AI providers do not train on what we send them through their APIs. We do not sell your content or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded videos and images: deleted within 7 days (thumbnails right after the check).
• Scripts, results and measurements: until you delete them or your account.

YouTube data (when channel connection launches)

If you connect a YouTube channel, we request read-only access to your channel and analytics. We use it only to show your results and learning insights. Titles, descriptions and comments are refreshed or deleted within 30 days; you can delete your YouTube data from the app at any time, and revoke access at Google's permissions page. Our use of YouTube data follows the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Network insights (opt-in)

You can choose to share your results for network insights. If you do, your Shorts are counted in pooled statistics by niche, language and pattern (for example, how often question hooks beat a creator's own median). We publish a group only when at least 20 creators are in it, and the published numbers never include your channel name, video titles, video ids or per-channel figures. Turn it off any time in Profile; we stop including you from the next daily rebuild.

Voice preview

The voice preview sends your script text to our speech provider to generate audio. The audio is played once and not stored by us.

Your choices

• Delete your account from Profile → Delete account. This removes your account, scripts, checks and uploads.
• Report any AI result from the Report button next to it.
• Turn network insights sharing on or off in Profile.

Write to the grievance officer about anything on Script AI: your data, a result you believe is wrong or unlawful, or content you want removed. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days, as the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 require.
